| 摘 要： | 皋陶是上古时期伟大的政治家、思想家、教育家,“上古四圣”之一,史学界公认的“司法鼻祖”。皋陶文化尤其是其司法活动与法律思想对中国古代法律文化有着重要影响。其中有些方面对当代中国法治建设的发展,对和谐社会的构建,也提供了重要的本土资源。

| Abstract: | As a great politician,thinker as well as educationist in ancient times,Gao Tao remains one of "the four holy in ancient times",and is generally acknowledged "judicial originator" by the circle of historiography.GaoTao Culture,especially his judicial activity and legal thought have an important influence on China's ancient legal culture.Some of them have offered some important native resources to develop the Chinese contemporary construction governed by law and construction of the harmonious society as well. |
