| 摘 要： | 近现代民族国家进程的加快,使得世界政治经济产生深刻变革。国际社会推进战略的方式呈现出新的替代形式,认同就是其中成本最低廉的一种。中国与非洲国家在社会化进程中形成的具有道德凝聚力的认同,在根本上保护和改良了当代民族国家的作用和价值,说明当今世界国际关系的产生更具文化性,以共同的历史问题、政治进程和发展处境为中心的信仰体系正在形成,第三世界国家正朝着追求同国家体系本身一样广泛的普遍利益方向迈进,越来越具有某种体现其能力和意志的权力政治。中国与非洲国家所形成的跨国性结构逐渐化约为人类的普遍公理,人们的忠诚日益从民族国家转移到国际性国家身上。

| Abstract: | The identification with moral integrity in the process of China and African socialization protects and promotes the function and value of modern nations,and shows that the belief system centered on similar historical problems,political process and development circumstances.The third world nations are progressing at the direction of common interests as extensive as their national systems,and gaining more and more powerful politics reflecting their abilities and wills. |
