Happiness index determines whether a society is harmonious or not.To rise the farmers' happiness index which embodies the nature of socialism,is the final aim of building socialist new countryside and an inevitable requirement of the carrying out scientific development concept and building a harmonious society in China.In order to achieve this aim,we must set up a system ensuring different kinds of investments in the countryside,in the meantime,we should improve the farmers education level both in knowledge and in ideology,strengthen the farmers' consciousness of being principal party in the construction.
