| Abstract: | The Object of limitation of actions is a right to claim. The form of right to claim inevitablely influences the form of limitation of actions. Some rights to claim installment debt can be separated. In corresponding to this, the limitation of actions should be calculated separately on the base of the independent installment debt. |
