高校深度辅导反馈机制研究——基于辅导员视角

摘    要:从高校思想政治教育工作发展和大学生健康成长成才的需要阐述深度辅导反馈机制建立的重要性,分析当前深度辅导工作中反馈机制缺失的原因以及存在的"四化"问题,包括考核指标模糊化、总结归纳延后化、学生认识轻视化和开展实施形式化。运用信息沟通理论、360度反馈法和柯氏评估模型,提出分别从沟通、反馈和评估三个阶段构建全方位、立体化的深度辅导反馈机制,为提升高校深度辅导工作的效果和质量提供指导,进而促进高校思想政治教育工作进一步的深化和改革,切实巩固和强化深度辅导工作在维护社会稳定、营造安全校园环境和帮助大学生成长成才过程中的重要地位。

Abstract:This article explains the importance of building in - depth counseling feedback mechanism and ana- lyzing causes of the lack of mechanism and problems such as obscuring performance indicators, delaying conclusion and summary, students'neglect and formalization in the implementation. Applying information communication theory, 360 degree feedback mechanism and keshi evaluation model, this article puts forward a comprehensive and three- dimensional indepth counseling feedback mechanism at such three stages as communication, feedback and evaluation in order to improve the ideological and political education at universities, maintain social stability, create a safe campus environment and help the development of university students.
