| 摘 要： | 民主集中制是正确处理党内关系的基本准则和具体制度。坚持和完善民主集中制是增进党内和谐的基本前提和有效途径及重要保证。增进党内和谐必须坚持和完善民主集中制，要深入持久地开展民主集中制的理论教育，增强党员干部贯彻执行民主集中制的自觉性；要发挥领导干部贯彻执行民主集中制的表率作用，健全和完善党内监督机制；要把发扬民主、充分发挥党员的积极性与维护党的集中统一结合起来；要用辩证的方法处理各种对立关系；要坚持把握正确的原则，妥善处理党内矛盾。
