| 摘 要： | 《国家赔偿法》在实施中存在一些缺陷,其主要表现为:赔偿的归责原则单一;赔偿范围过窄;赔偿标准过低;赔偿程序不合理;赔偿费用支付存在漏洞等。本文针对《国家赔偿法》的上述缺陷提出了相应的完善措施。

| Abstract: | The National Compensation Law appears some flaws in the process of implementation, its main performance is sole compensating principle, excessively narrow compensating scope, quite low compensating standard, unreasonable compensating procedure, payment of damages existing loophole and so on. This article proposes some countermeasures in view of above-mentioned flaws of National Compensation Law. |
