未成年犯罪人心理回顾调查及干预对策

为了探索未成年人犯罪前的心理状况及干预对策,运用自编问卷对河南省郑州少管所在 押的少年犯进行抽样调查。结果显示:从产生犯罪动机到作案期间有一个时间段,一天以内的占 43％,一周以内的占35％,对已经产生犯罪动机的人进行及时的干预是完全可能的;少年犯罪之 前,心理紊乱,生理与行为状态均有改变,绝大多数犯罪少年都愿意在犯罪前得到及时有效的挽救。

Investigation and Intervening Countermeasure of the Infant Criminals Psychology Review

In order to explore the psychological condition and countermeasure of the minor crime,we arranges examination papers in the juvenile offenders in custody in Henan Province Zhengzhou Reformatory.The result of the sampling investigation demonstrate that:there is a period from the appearance of the crime motive to commitment of the crime,within one day,accounts for 43% ,within one week,accounts for 35% ,to person who has already produced the crime motive,the prompt intervention is completely possible; before the juvenile delinquency,the psychology is in disorder,the physiology and the behavior condition all has the change,the overwhelming majority infants is all willing to obtain prompt stop before the crime.
