| 摘 要： | 公正执法是人民警察执法活动追求的目标和价值。公正执法就是要依法行使职权 ,不得偏私 ;就是要平等对待当事人 ,不得歧视 ;就是要合理考虑相关因素 ,不得专断。人民警察必须做到公正执法。公正执法是现代法治社会的基本要求 ,是人民警察维护社会稳定的必然要求 ,也是履行人民警察职责的内在要求和树立人民警察良好形象的客观要求。

| Abstract: | Justice is the target and value of police's law enforcement. Just law enforcement is to exercise the functions and powers legally and not to bias for anyone. It is to treat litigants equally and not to discriminate against anyone. It is to consider related actors reasonably and not to act arbitrarily. Police must enforce law justly. Just law enforcement is the basic demand of the modern legal society,the necessity for police to defend social orders,the inner demand of performing police's duty and the objective demand of setting up a good example of police. |
