| 摘 要： | 现场勘查在刑事侦查工作中具有重要地位,现场勘查的质量如何,直接关系到侦查方向的确定和有效证据的获取,乃至能否迅即破案。文章阐述了全面细致地勘查现场的重要性,而有效地提取痕迹物证并加以综合利用是侦查破案的关键。

| Abstract: | Crime scene investigation plays an important role in criminal investigation, the quality of which will determine directly the investigative direction, the obtainment of effective evidences and whether or not can quickly crack criminal cases. This article studies the importance of careful crime scene investigation and advances that the key to solving criminal cases is to obtain effectively the marked exhibits and make early use of them. |
