| 摘 要： | 循环经济的实施是和谐社会“四尊重”方针的具体体现;循环经济的正外在性可以妥善协调各方面的利益关系;推行循环经济而引发的理念与管理方式的创新,能促进社会和谐,强化社会凝聚力;循环经济强调稳定、有序与法治,能将影响社会不和谐的因素减少到最低限度。

| Abstract: | Developing a circular economy is the embodiment of the four-respect policy by which a harmonious society is characterized.The positive externalism of the circular economy will play an important part in co-ordinating the interests of various sides.Innovation in ideas and management caused by the circular economy will promote social harmony and increase the cohesiveness of socicty.The circular economy needs stability,order and government by law,which will reduce the inharmonious factors of a society to a minimum. |
