| Abstract: | From two aspects of the composition of crime :objective and subjective, the author analyses at an explanatory angle several problems about the crime of not reporting the gun's lost. In the article, the author especially discusses the quality of the gun's missing, the clarification of reporting with delay, the definition of serious outcome, and the form of assertive crime. Finally the author affirms the reasonableness of the pattern of legislation about not reporting the gun's lost. |
