| 摘 要： | 情绪状态是衡量心理健康的重要指标。受警察职业特殊性的影响,警察情绪障碍的患病率比较高,这给警察的身心健康和公安工作带来隐患,因此,掌握调控异常情绪的方法技巧,缓解或消除情绪障碍,对警察来说尤其重要,是警察心理保健的重要内容。

Affected by their job, the ratio of police who suffer from emotional disorder is comparatively high, which brings hidden danger to police' s physical and mental health. Therefore, it is important for the police to grasp the methods and techniques for adjusting their emotions and relieve or erase emotional disorder. |
