| 摘 要： | 第十二届全运会是展示我省政治、经济、科技、文化、教育等领域综合水平的一次契机,更是对公安机关工作成效的一次重大检阅。本文围绕成功承办一届平安、和谐、精彩的全运会,未雨绸缪,对影响赛场稳定的因素进行深入、细致的分析,研究赛场群体性事件的处理对策,将安保工作"想到前,做到前",为全运会的顺利开展献计献策,贡献力量。

| Abstract: | The 12th National Games of PRC is not only a good chance to show the comprehensive levels of Liaoning Province in the fields of politics,economy,science and technology,culture and education,etc.and also a great inspection to the work effectiveness of public security organs.To host peaceful,harmonious and wonderful national games successfully and taking precautions in advance,this article analyzes the factors of affecting the stadium stability carefully and thoroughly and studies the countermeasures of dealing with mass stadium events so as to ensure the smooth implementation of national games by contributing some suggestions to do and think about security work ahead of time. |
