On the Constitutive Requirements, Analyzing Procedure and Technique Way of the Situation of Police Affairs Strategy

There are five aspects influencing social stability: disruptive activities endangering state's security and social political stability,the increase of criminal cases,the increase of public security cases,the increase of death of public security disasters and terror activities.They have become an important part in the strategy situation of police affairs.The directors of strategy situation should analyze the situation scientifically while making the policy.The analysis should include analyzing strategy situation on the whole,choosing the main factors influencing it,set up the standard of it,the procedure and way of judging and predicting the strategy situation of police affairs.
