| Abstract: | With an analysis of ethnic investigation (a basic method of ethnic studies) and the concrete situation of that of "Six Mountaions and Six Rivers" of 20 years,this article holds that ethnic investigation should go forward with times. At the same time, the author puts forward 5 proposals on how to further advance ethnic investigation. |
