改革开放以来公民法治观念研究回顾与前瞻

改革开放以来,公民法治观念对国家法治建设的基础性作用不断增强,学界有关公民法治观念的研究也取得了丰硕的成果,但在公民法治观念的科学测量、理论概括与学理解释等方面尚存不足,对于公民法治观念的现状特征、变化特点、影响因素与影响效应等问题仍缺乏足够的认知与研究。本文认为,公民法治观念的研究要特别加强实证研究方法的设计,建构科学测量法治观念的指标体系,优化多样化的研究方法与技术,注重跨学科的合作与研究对话。

Review and Prospect of the Research on the Concept of Rule of Law of Citizens since the Reform and Opening up

Since the reform and opening up,the basic role of citizens’ concept of rule of law in the construction of national rule of law has been strengthened,and the research on citizens’ concept of rule of law in academic circles has also made fruitful achievements,but there are still deficiencies in the scientific measurement,theoretical generalization and theoretical interpretation of citizens’ concept of rule of law,as well as the current characteristics,changing characteristics,influencing factors and effects of citizens’ concept of rule of law There is still a lack of sufficient cognition and research.This paper holds that the research of citizens’ concept of rule of law should strengthen the design of empirical research methods,construct a scientific index system to measure the concept of rule of law,optimize diversified research methods and technologies,and pay attention to interdisciplinary cooperation and research dialogue.
