| Abstract: | In order to adapt to the new situation, Shanghai public security organ has successively put forth new measures of community policing, responsibility criminal team and reticulation police. However the three parties lack of ccordinative mechanism, not yet forming integrally combined unity, and the overall superiority of the police force has not been given a play. |
