对我国社区警务改革的思考

有中国特色的社区警务工作的建立:一是应实现观念的革新和转变。即从打击转为防范;从管理转为服务;由被动式警务风格转变为超前式警务风格。二是观念和行为的创新。即从实际出发,科学配置社区警力;抓住重点,规范社区民警职责;明确责任,建立完善的社区警务运行机制;健全社区警务保障措施。

In our country,establishing the community police,we must bring about the view's innovationand transformation,namely,from turn the hitting into prevention,turn management into service,turn the passive police style into the initiative police style;and we make innovations of view andaction,namely,dispose the police force scientific,norm the police's duty,establish the perfect communitypolice system,amplify the ensure measures of community police.
