| 摘 要： | 国务院取消行政审批手续后,部分民警对此在认识上存在一定误区,娱乐场所诸多负面现象突显,治安管理及民警执法难度加大。消除这些不良因素,应考虑从体制改革、部门协调、法制建设等四个方面对娱乐场所实施有效的管理。
