| 摘 要： | 关于计划经济体制下国有企业性质的研究有:科尔奈的短缺理论,小宫隆太郎的“中国没有企业”论,刘世锦的“社区单位”论,林毅夫的“重工业优先发展”,何帆的“边界刚性”学说。企业的本质是追求利润最大化,从结构上来看是企业边界和内部激励机制的有机统一。国有企业的性质也是如此,只是表现形式不一样。

| Abstract: | Discuss the nature of the state-owned enterprises (SOEs) with reference to : the shortage theory , no firm in China theory , community unit theory , the heavy-industry-oriented development strategy , rigidity boundary theory . The nature of a firm is to get maximum profit, so is the nature of the SOEs , the only difference between the SOEs and the classical firm is the concrete forms . |
