| 摘 要： | 完善行政法制是建设法治政府的基础,行政法制的完善行政立法是根本。目前我国的行政立法从立法观念到立法监督都存在问题,需要更新立法观念,通过改革立法体制,完善行政法律体系来推进法治政府建设。

| Abstract: | To perfect administrative legal system is the foundation of constructing the government under the rule by law.On the contrary,to perfect the administrative legislation is basic;At present,some problems reflect in our country's administrative legislation from the legislation idea to the legislation supervision.Therefore,it is urgent to renew the legislation idea,reform legislation system,and perfect administration legal framework to advance the government construction under the rule by law. |
