| 摘 要： | 加强法律职业化建设 ,提高法律职业队伍的素质是推进依法治国 ,建设社会主义法治国家的重要途径 ,是我国司法体制改革的重要任务。依据法律职业化的形成、概念及特征 ,对我国法律职业化的几个障碍性因素进行剖析 ,我国应加强法律职业化建设。
