中国法学教育之反思与改革构想

中国法学教育正面临发展的十字路口,如何抉择将直接决定中国法学发展的命运,以及中国法制的进程。中国法学教育普遍存在总体定位不清且独立发展程度不够,职业技巧培训不足,优秀教材为数不多,司法伦理教育缺位等问题。法学教育科学化是时代的迫切要求,法学教育的发展需要运用正确的认识论与方法论,学术自由是法学教育科学化的保障。建设性改革的基本思路是:调整、改革现行法学课程结构,构建实用型法学教学体系。
