| 摘 要： | 科学发展观既是中国共产党的执政理论,也是环境犯罪控制的指导思想。经分析,环境犯罪具有行政从属性、伦理可谴责性、利弊同体性和科技发展特性。源于环境犯罪的矛盾特征,运用科学发展观开展环境犯罪控制研究具有相当的理论价值。
