| 摘 要： | 中央文件明确提出公安院校招录培养体制改革的目标是培养和造就政治业务素质高、实战能力强的应用型公安专门人才。刑事诉讼法原有的教学模式和传统的教学方法需要改革创新。应以公安刑事执法的基本程序、刑事执法方式为基准,从刑事诉讼法教学中存在的问题入手,实施阅卷训练教学法、模拟演练教学法、案例教学法及执法质量考核评议教学法等多种教学方法,使教学重点同刑事执法基本程序相吻合、教学方法同刑事执法方式相一致,以期提升学生的实践能力、解决刑事诉讼法教学脱离实际的问题。
