| Abstract: | The relationship of the parents' right to the underage children is a indispensable part in the marriage and family relationships.The system of the parents' right to the underage children has not been prescribed in Chinese laws.We should build and perfect the system,which is a request of perfecting Chinese socialistic legal system,and has important meaning to protecting the legal rights of the minor. |
