做好新形势下工会工作刍议

做好新形势下的工会工作,要坚持以“三个代表”重要思想为指导,贯彻落实党的“依靠”方针,牢记工会组织的性质、宗旨和任务,转变观念,创新工会工作。努力在职代会质量、完善平等协商、集体合同制度、深化厂务公开、提高日常民主管理、做好困难职工的帮扶救助、完善职工互助合作保险等方面下功夫。

A Preliminary Study of Trade Union Work Under a New Situation

Trade unions in China should adhere to take the "Three Represents" as a principle,carry out and the Party's guideline of "relying on working class",fix trade unions' character,tenet and task,change ideas,and create trade union work if they want to do trade union work well under a new situation.They should effort to improve the quality of the workers' congress,perfect the system of equal consultation and collective contracts,deepen to make public the affairs of enterprises,strengthen daily democratic management,help poor workers and perfect workers' mutual-coordinating insurance.
