试论“特定关系人”界定的重要性

2007年7月8日最高人民法院、最高人民检察院联合发布《关于办理受贿刑事案件适用法律若干问题的意见》。首次将法律法规中的"利害关系人"扩展为"特定关系人",明确界定了"特定关系人"的概念和范围。对于司法机关的侦查及审判具有十分重要的意义。

On Importance of Delimitation of "Person of Specific Relation"

On 8th July 2007,the Supreme Court,together with the Supreme People's Procuratorate,has issued the "Resolution on Certain Questions in Conducting Bribery Cases".In this document,the concept of "person of important relation" has been initially extended into "person of specific relation",and the delimitation of it has been set down.It has significant meaning to investigation and justice of judicial authorities.
