| 摘 要： | 随着现代电子商务的发展，电子票据应运而生。然而，电子票据不仅仅需要技术上的完善，更加需要法律给予其更加充足的空间去发挥作用。在法律上界定电子票据的内涵是研究相关法律问题的逻辑基础和起点，电子票据的现实应用与现实法律的冲突有必要寻求协调和解决之道。制定与电子票据相关的配套法律规范，并为电子票据专门立法是必要的。

| Abstract: | With the development of modem e - commerce, In this case, electronic bills came into being. However, what the electronic bills require are not just the technical perfection but more ample legal space. To definite it in the legal sense is the logical basis and starting point of studying the related legal issues and it＇ s necessary to find a solution to the conflicts between practical application and real legal regulations. Thus, a specific legislation for electronie bills will be very essential. |
