| Abstract: | Based on the analysis method of game theory,this paper indicates that,under the circumstances of the relevant institution environment,reasonable regulations among corporations can accelerate the establishment of their cooperative relationship on the basis of trust.By constructing a two-corporation income allocation model,the paper demonstrates that the inner restrictive mechanism between enterprises can have a protective and facilitating effect on the cooperative stability. |
