| 摘 要： | 正确把握党的群众工作理论是做好新时期群众工作的重要前提。做好新时期群众工作必须要做到"五个始终坚持",即要始终坚持正确的政治立场,始终坚持正确的工作要求,始终坚持正确的工作原则,始终坚持正确的工作任务和工作方法。
