| 摘 要： | 公文工作是公安工作的一个重要组成部分 ,当前公安机关的公文工作中存在着各种问题 ,应该引起公安机关领导的重视。领导重视公文工作 ,提高公文工作质量和时效 ,要从六个方面来抓 :注重提高文秘人员素质 ,严把公文写作质量关 ,提高公文工作时效 ,加强公文工作质量管理 ,提高公文工作指挥艺术 ,不断提高自身的公文工作素养。

| Abstract: | The work of official documents is an important part of the public security work. Nowadays, there are various problems in it, which should be noticed by leaders of public security organs. Leaders need to pay attention to the work in the following six aspects to improve the work's quality and efficiency: First, pay attention to improve secretaries' quality; Second, be strict in the quality of official documents writing; Third, promote the efficiency of the work; Fourth, strengthen the management of the quality of the work; Fifth, improve the commanding art of the work; Sixth, keep improving leaders' accomplishment of the work. |
