| Abstract: | Supplementing reasons for an administrative act means that an administrative body explains and analyzes the legal basis, facts and basis for discretion upon which the administrative act rests further in judicial review. This system embodies the inner requirement of administrative efficiency and development of public welfare. It is supplementation to principle of limited judicial review. |
