| Abstract: | The Family Policy in France is unique in Europe.The French government and its collaborating partners among the family as-sociations alliance even consider that France is the only country in Europe that has adopted a family policy in its strict sense.This pa-per introduces the concept and purpose of the policy as well as its effects on mitigating the conflicts which parents face between work and family life.It discusses the historical process in which the French family policy was adopted and implemented and shows the inspi-ration for China. |
