| 摘 要： | 随着司法改革进程的不断深入,我国法院系统的文化建设处于"跳跃式"发展之中。文章详细分析了法院文化建设的困境,并从以人为本的角度,本着司法为民的理念,提出一些初步性的对策,希望能对法院文化建设的进一步开展有所裨益。

| Abstract: | With the further deepening of China’s judicial reform,the cultural construction of court systems is in the process of leap-forward development.From the people-oriented perspective,this article analyzed the dilemma of courts’ cultural construction in detail and further put forward some preliminary countermeasures in the expectation of benefiting the further development of courts’ cultural construction in line with the idea of justice for people. |
