| 摘 要： | 在中国经济转型过程中,信用制度的缺失与市场秩序的混乱形成了经济转型的阻力,经济转型中信用制度的缺失影响了市场经济的健康发展。为了促进全国统一大市场的形成,规范市场经济运行秩序,在经济转型过程中要规范市场秩序,优化信用制度环境,加强信用制度供给,完善信用体系。
