摘    要:竞业禁止是发达国家采用的促进人才合理流动保护原单位商业秘密的一种方法。文章在分析离职竞业禁止存在依据的基础上,着重对离职竞业禁止的合理性和完善离职竞业禁止的问题进行探讨。

Abstract:Non-Competition is one of the measures adopted by advanced countries to promote intellectual exchange and to protect the business secrets of the former companies.This essay stresses on the reasonability of non-competition after demission and the issues of perfecting non-competition after demission,based on an analysis of existing sources of non-competition after demission.
