| Abstract: | The competence of legal supervision indicates the ability by which the procuratorial organ performs its function in accordance with the law and guarantees unified and proper law implementation, it embodies the Party's capacity to govern. Raising the competence of legal supervision is one of the most important tasks of the procuratorial organ. It shall be effective approach to advancing the competence of legal supervision that the connotation and characteristics of the competence of legal supervision should be comprehended profoundly to find out both interior and exterior restricting factors and pertinent measures should be taken. |
