| 摘 要： | 高校思想政治理论课是对大学生进行思想政治教育的主渠道和主阵地，在思想政治理论课教学中坚持“以人为本”的教育理念，不断优化课堂教学内容，创新课堂教学方式和方法，是增强思想政治理论课吸引力，提高实践科学发展观活动时效性的最佳途径。

| Abstract: | In 2007, Ministry of Education made a quite deep reform on the ideological and political theory courses. The 17th CPC National Congress put forward the scientific outlook on development which is required to be implemented in the teaching and learning of the ideological and political courses. So, a higher requirement is raised to the faculty, knowledge structure and class teaching of the ideological and political courses at colleges. Therefore, our publication organizes some teachers at our university to probe the new requirement to the teachers under the new situations f~om the perspectives of how to grasp the integrity of Marxism, how to develop the teaching staff and how to implement the ＂people foremost idea＂ in the class teaching. |
