| 摘 要： | 在信息时代,信息产业集群的发展既是一个国家经济社会发展程度的重要标志,又是一个国家实现信息化的基础和前提。天津信息产业集群作为外生型产业集群,具有起步高、集群度高和研发能力强等优势,从而对天津信息产品、信息产业乃至整个城市竞争力的提高起着举足轻重的作用。天津正以全新的改革思路,提出进一步加快信息产业集群发展的对策,使其在提升城市竞争力过程中发挥更大的作用。

| Abstract: | In the information ages, the development of IT industry cluster is not only an important indicator of developmental degree in economy and society for a nation, but also the foundation and premise for a nation to realize IT application. The IT industry cluster in Tianjin as an outside-oriented industrial cluster has the advantage of high startup, high degree of concentration and strong ability in R&D, etc. Presently, the city of Tianjin, with a brand new thought of reform, has further put forward the countermeasure to expedite the development of IT industry cluster. As a result, the IT industry cluster will bring into play greater effect to upgrade the city's competition capacity. |
