犯罪现场外围搜索应把握的几个问题

当前犯罪分子作案手段趋向于智能化、技能化、暴力化,单一的犯罪现场已不能满足案件侦查工作需要,而打破已有的思维模式,拓展犯罪中心现场外延,更大限度地获取案件侦破的信息,已成为当前刑事案件侦查工作的一种趋势。现场指挥员只有正确处理好搜索目标与行动决策、方案制订与方法选择、具体实施与实际效果的关系,因地制宜、因时制宜、因案制宜地实施搜索,才能抓住案件侦查的重点,才能确保搜索的实效性。
