| 摘 要： | 西部少数民族基层干部是贯彻民族政策,发展民族经济,实现民族团结和维护国家稳定的重要力量。但是,目前西部少数民族基层干部数量不足,质量不高。民众参与少数民族基层干部的选拔、考核与监督、晋升罢免与辞退过程,有助于西部少数民族基层干部质量的提高。
