| 摘 要： | 我国《行政复议法》第七条规定了行政规范复议制度 ,作为对行政规范复议的首次规定 ,尚存在许多不足 ,主要表现在理论研究和制度建设上。只有不断对行政规范进行理论研究 ,找出制度建设方面的不足 ,才有可能提高我国行政规范复议制度的质量 ,充分保护相对人的合法权益。

| Abstract: | Administrative reconsideration is from Article 7 of the Law of Reconsideration of our country. It is the first law on administrative reconsideration, and there are some defects in it, mainly on the theoretic research and construction of the system. To improve the quality of administrative reconsideration and protect the legitimate rights of people, we have to research the theory constantly and work out constructive system. |
