| 摘 要： | 当前,随着改革开放不断深入和社会主义市场经济体制进程的加快,农村社会治安出现了一些新情况,新问题,现有农村派出所警务机制已经不能适应新形势发展的需要。建立起适应新形势要求的现代警务体制,是当前警务改革和基层基础工作深入推进的当务之急。构建农村派出所区域一体化警务模式,走出一条适合自身实际的警务机制改革之路,是我们目前亟待探索的问题。
