| 摘 要： | 服务业在增强产业集群竞争力方面发挥不可替代的重要作用:服务业是产业集群必不可少的构成要素;是构筑产业集群这一高度专业化分工协作体系的"黏合剂";是增强产业集群竞争力的必要条件。发展服务业(部门)应当加强技术创新、教育培训、专业化生产服务业和政府公共服务等几个领域的工作。
