| 摘 要： | 基层所队警务信息化建设,是公安部“金盾工程”建设的基础;公安警务实战,离不开基层所队综合基础信息的支撑。而加强所队警务信息化建设则又是“基层基础年”加强所队基础工作的一个重要方面。为此,基层所队既要争取上级部门在硬件和科技上的支持和保障,更要强调在自身职责范围内夯实综合基础信息的根基。

| Abstract: | The building of policing information in primary organization is the base of shield project of the Public Security Ministry.The actual policing combat must be supported by the building of policing information in primary organization.For that reason,the basic units should take the initiative on hardware and technology.At the same time,we should strengthen the building of policing information in primary organization within the framework of our responsibility. |
