理解、自律、宽容、沟通——媒体与司法契合的制度构建

我国目前尚没有制定《新闻法》规范媒体的行为,这使得媒体在报道司法活动的过程中容易产生冲突.虽然两者具有一致性,但新闻自由与司法公正的价值取向一直无法达到平衡.文章通过分析媒体与司法冲突的表现与原因,试图从立法机关、媒体和司法机关三方面入手,构建媒体与司法和谐关系的制度.

Although two has the uniformity, but the freedom of the press and the judicial fair value orientation continuously is unable to achieve the balance. The author attempts from the legislature, the media and the judicial organ three aspects obtains, constructs the media and the judicial harmonious relations system.
