| 摘 要： | 书籍类产品的迅猛增多所带来的侵权行为也日益增加,但法律并没有对其进行强有力的规制。文章从比较法上考察,认为应对书籍类出版物适用产品责任,使设计者、生产者承担严格责任,销售者一般情况下承担过错责任,在对缺陷产品不能指出其生产者情况下应将其视为生产者而适用严格责任。

This article observes from comparison laws, consider that we should constitute law to make the producers (designers) assume strict liability and the sellers faulty liability. |
