| 摘 要： | 党的十八大报告确定的新型城镇化发展战略,具有深刻的理论内涵和鲜明的时代特征。之前我国城镇化发展存在着诸多问题,在很大程度上是政绩的、土地的城镇化,违背了"以人为本"的原则。新型城镇化是经济持续健康发展的重要引擎,经济发展是推动新型城镇化的根本动力。
